Craig Lantz - Owner and founder
Craig Lantz has proudly served in the U.S. Army for 30 years. "I Will be Sure, Always" is the motto of the U.S. military Parachute Riggers. During Craig's service to the military, he ensured that the soldiers under his command followed this motto. As the founder of All American Pressure Washing he continues to lead using the same motto. We will be sure, Always, that we offer the most ecologically sound principles and the greatest care in detail for you, the customer, your property, and our environment.
Craig Lantz:

Currently Chief of the Water Management Branch in the Environmental and Natural Resources Division of the Directorate of Public Works. Ft. Bragg, North Carolina
Brian Lantz - Co founder and Head of operations
Brian Lantz proudly served in the U.S. Army Reserves for 13 years. Like his father, Craig Lantz, he too was a parachute rigger. His service includes one tour in Afghanistan as well as Ft. Bragg in support of Global air delivery operations.
Brian has previously worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer's as a contractor. He worked in the Land Restoration and Management (LRAM) section of the Intergrated Training Area Management Program (ITAM). He received training in the following areas:
Storm water control
Erosion and sediment control
Turf management
Construction Inspection
Low impact design
Hazardous Materials
Brian proudly served as a police officer with the city of Sanford from August 2000 to October of 2009.
Brian is currently a forestry technician with ASIS LLC. and works with the Water Management Branch and the Endangered Species Branch on Ft. Bragg.
